ATTORNEY AT LAW
Paul Greenberg
I am a Jewish New York attorney helping people on Long Island and in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. My practice
includes criminal defense, employment law, landlord-tenant matters, real estate, land use, and civil litigation.
Behind each legal question is a person trying to make a decision, resolve a problem, or protect something important. I
want to understand what is at stake for you.
My background
I was born in the Soviet Union and served in a combat unit in the Israel Defense Forces.
After my military service, I attended New York Law School, graduating in 2013. I am admitted to practice in both New York and
New Jersey.
I know how the law can help people. That belief is at the heart of my practice: helping you understand your options, address
difficult problems, and move forward.
A conversation in your language
I also speak Hebrew and Russian. You can discuss your concerns in the language you feel most comfortable using.
Helping you is the purpose
You may be dealing with something unfamiliar or worrying. You deserve to be heard and to understand the advice you receive. My
goal is to help you work through the legal issue in a way that respects your circumstances and priorities.
I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, including difficult ones. What can be done? What might it involve? What are the
limits? An honest conversation helps you decide whether I am the right attorney for your needs.
Your trust has to be earned
Trust grows through how you are treated. I aim to earn yours by listening carefully, explaining things plainly, and being candid
about the choices ahead.
Your voice
Your concerns and goals guide the conversation. I want to hear what matters most to you.
Your understanding
You should know what the advice means, what questions remain, and what a proposed step would involve.
Your decisions
We discuss the scope of any representation, fees, and possible approaches before agreeing on how to proceed.
Legal Advisory That Puts You First
That is the approach I bring to my practice. Whether your concern involves your freedom, home, work, or a dispute, the starting
point is you.
I serve Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island, along with Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Call to arrange an initial
